Our bakers' guild association WEST is your employers' association for the regional bakers' guilds in North Rhine-Westphalia and the northern half of Rhineland-Palatinate. We provide expert support in the formation of political will at the levels of our two federal states and support our member guilds in all areas on site.

In addition, our bakers' guild association WEST is the negotiating partner on the employers' side when drafting and concluding collective agreements in the bakery trade in our association area.
We are a committed and close cooperation and coordination partner for the craft and medium-sized businesses organizations in Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia.
Our Academy of German Bakery Crafts WEST in Olpe stands for excellent preparation for the master craftsman examination, outstanding inter-company apprenticeship instruction (ÜLU), as well
for further training, qualification, seminars, workshops and much more at the highest level. We guarantee our guests excellent support in all areas of vocational training:
